- Reservations: Make reservations at least 2 days/48 hours before service.
- Booking confirmation: You will receive booking confirmation via your contact channel such as email, WhatsApp, Line or WeChat.
- Driver and vehicle information: You will receive confirmation of driver and vehicle information within 12 hours prior to service.
- Reconfirm your booking: Please reconfirm your booking with us upon receipt of driver and vehicle information.
- Reservation cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge. Please notify us within 15 - 24 hours before service.
- Bangkok and surrounding areas: Not more than 80 kilometers from the center of Bangkok.
- Payment: You can pay in cash directly to the driver when you return to your hotel or the airport.
